Dr. Amy Scepaniak

From Accounting to Dentistry
Originally from Lisbon, ND, Dr. Scepaniak began her career as an accountant. She was knee deep in numbers for a few years before she decided it wasn’t for her.
Both dentistry and accounting focus on details, which fits Dr. Scepaniak, but dentistry would also bring art into the mix along with getting to help people one-on-one.
So, she headed off to dental school where she loved the artistic aspect of smile care. Dr. Scepaniak went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry.
Serving the Community
Smile Solutions was launched by Dr. Scepaniak in 2009 to provide innovative technology and treatment in a modern facility, with well-trained and compassionate clinicians who listen carefully and care deeply about those they get to serve.
Home Life
She loves spending time with her three children at their activities. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and golfing.

Fettig Ledeboer
From Medical Researcher to Dentistry
Dr. Fettig Ledeboer began her career as a medical researcher.
After a discussion with her childhood dentist, she decided to shadow him while he served patients. Well, she loved it and the rest is history.
She headed to dental school at Creighton University School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Joining Smile Solutions
She loves spending time with her three children at their activities. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and golfing.

Dr. Fettig Ledeboer joined Dr. Scepaniak at Smile Solutions in 2020, and together they’ve developed a reputation for being family-friendly, deeply caring, and community-oriented.

Growing up, I always had great experiences going to the dentist. I love helping patients feel comfortable and improve their oral health.

Growing up, I loved going to the dentist because everyone was so happy and nice. I really enjoy educating people about their health and helping nervous patients feel comfortable during treatment.

I had a lot of dental anxiety as a child and wanted to help others feel comfortable. Good dentistry is an art of building positive relationships and taking the time to educate and empower patients to improve their overall health – I love that!

I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and worked as a counselor.

I have a passion for healthcare and helping others. And I love that I get to play a role in improving patients health while also ensuring their comfort during treatment.
